1. Vehicle Location and inspection

Identify the specific vehicle of your choice, for commercial clients we may agree makes, models, mileages condition, etc. and budget in advance so that we can buy in bulk and in multiple locations. Vehicles are personally inspected if we feel that vehicles fail to meet our clients expectations we will not proceed. We are happy to photograph vehicles for your complete piece of mind.

2. Payment method agreement

We can operate in many different ways to suit our client's preference, in essence we will need the full value of the vehicles for us to complete the transaction in Japan. All vehicle costs include all internal Japanese freight , customs clearance and commissions.

3 . Purchase Vehicle

Vehicle purchase is made on your behalf

4. Vehicle transfer to port

We move your vehicle to the nearest port for shipping which we arrange.

5. Shipping

Vehicle is shipped to the port of your choice, all relevant and necessary documentation is included.

6. Import and registration

We can give help and guidance for the importation and registration and approval for all cars in all countries



PRICING
All prices on Globalautoport.com are quoted as 'fob' or 'free on board', unless otherwise stated,

FOB includes all Japanese internal charges, de-registration fees and internal freight charges, for some countries some special paperwork is needed for export and this will be included.

Some export destinations for example Kenya require special test certification and or special taxes, these costs will be additional, please confirm the export destination with your enquiry.

Vehicles in Japan are purchased in Japanese Yen or JPY and we have included a link to a currency converter whenever a price is shown, this way you can have an accurate indication of the current exchange rate.

The actual exchange rate of your transaction will of course be dependent of your home bankers and subject to any service charges they might apply.

What our prices don't include is shipping charges from Japan and and any import and registration costs and of course any freight or transportation costs in your export destination.

The vehicle condition system we use mirrors the Japanese Auction condition index, ranging from 1 to 6;

1: Roadworthy
2: Average condition for the year
3: Very Good condition
4: Excellent condition
5: Immaculate condition
6: New car, Showroom condition
